Design your stamp card
The card is the first thing customers see in their wallet. A few minutes of design pays for itself.
Open Card design in the portal nav. The right-hand panel is a live phone preview — every change shows immediately.
What you can change
- Logo — square or round, ideally 512×512 PNG with a transparent background. Sits at the top of the card and on every stamp slot if you don't pick a stamp icon separately.
- Background — choose a solid colour or a gradient from the palette, or upload your own texture (Pro plan and above).
- Stamp icon — coffee cup, paw print, scissors, or your own image. Empty slots show a faded version; filled slots are full opacity.
- Reward art — the celebratory image shown when a customer fills their card. Default is a star burst; replace with your product photo for extra polish.
- Card name and reward text — these come from your Settings page, but appear on the card. Tweak them there if they look wrong.
Tips
- High contrast wins. A dark background with cream stamps reads from across a counter. Pale-on-pale is pretty in design tools but invisible on a dim phone screen.
- Test the preview on a real phone. Open
/discoveron your phone (logged in as a test customer), find your shop, and look at the card at arm's length. If you can't read the reward, customers can't either. - Keep your logo simple. Anything with thin lines or small text becomes mush at stamp size. Use a simplified logomark if you have one.
Stamp icon vs reward art
These are two different images:
- Stamp icon repeats once per stamp slot. Should be a clear silhouette — think a single cup, leaf, or pawprint.
- Reward art appears once, big, when the card is full. Can be more detailed.
You can leave reward art on the default if you don't have anything specific — the default star burst looks great on every card.
Saving design changes takes effect immediately for everyone. Existing cards in customers' wallets update on their next visit to your shop in the app.
