Print and share your join-QR
Every shop has a unique join-QR. Customers point their camera at it, the stamp card joins their wallet, and they're ready to collect on their next visit.
Where to find it
In the portal, click QR code in the nav. You'll see a high-resolution version of your QR with your shop name underneath.
Three buttons:
- Download PNG — for printing or pasting into your own posters/menus.
- Download poster — a print-ready A5 PDF with your logo and a "Join our loyalty card" headline. Drop it into a tabletop frame and you're done.
- Copy link — a short URL that opens the same join flow when typed or clicked. Useful for email signatures, Instagram bios, and Google Business listings.
Where to put it
The single highest-impact placement is on the till. Customers paying for their first coffee see it, scan it, and the next visit becomes a stamp. Other good spots:
- Inside the menu, near the front
- On the back of receipts (if your POS supports it)
- On a tabletop tent card with the reward photo
- In every Instagram bio link
Customising the QR
On the Growth plan and above you can change the QR's foreground colour and add your logo into the centre. Open Settings → Brand to customise. Keep contrast high — a low-contrast QR is unreliable on older phones.
Common questions
Can I reuse one QR across multiple shops? No — each shop has its own QR so the card joins the right wallet. If you have several locations, print one QR per location.
The QR doesn't scan from a phone — what's wrong? Make sure the print is at least 4 cm × 4 cm. Most camera apps need that much area to lock on. Glossy lamination can also reflect overhead lights and break the scan; matte lamination is better.
Customers say "the QR opens a website, not the app." That's normal — the join URL works without the app. If they have the app installed, iOS and Android open it automatically. If not, the web flow joins the card and asks if they'd like to download the app afterwards.
