Plans and pricing
Four plans, all monthly, all cancellable any time. Switch tiers from Billing in the portal nav.
Starter — free
Perfect to validate the idea. One shop, one stamp card, and a printable QR. You'll see daily visit counts and can email up to 50 customers a month from the campaigns tool.
Includes: 1 shop · custom card design · join-QR · daily analytics · email support
Growth
For a single shop that's outgrowing the free tier, or for a small operator with two locations.
Includes everything in Starter, plus:
- Up to 3 shops on one account
- Unlimited campaigns to your customer list
- Custom QR colours and logo
- Birthday rewards — auto-issue a free item on the customer's birthday
- 30 days of analytics history
Pro
For independent multi-location businesses. The plan most cafes settle on.
Includes everything in Growth, plus:
- Up to 10 shops
- Custom card backgrounds and textures
- Smart push notifications (near-reward, reward-ready, win-back)
- Counter PIN mode so staff can stamp without your owner password
- 1 year of analytics history and CSV export
- API access for read-only dashboards
Enterprise
Multi-brand groups, franchisors, and any business with more than 10 locations.
Includes everything in Pro, plus:
- Unlimited shops under one account or organisation
- White-label — your brand, not ours, in the customer's wallet
- Priority support (first-business-hour response)
- A named account manager and onboarding session
- SSO and audit log access on request
Contact us via the Support link in the portal for an Enterprise quote — it's tailored to your shop count and white-label needs.
Which plan should I pick?
- One shop, just starting out: Starter. Upgrade when you outgrow the campaign cap.
- One shop and you want to send promotions: Growth.
- 2–10 shops: Pro is the sweet spot — multi-shop tools plus full analytics.
- More than 10 shops or a franchise: Enterprise.
Switching plans is instant. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you don't lose the time you've already paid for.
