Cancel your subscription
You can cancel any paid plan at any time. Your shops, customers, stamp cards, and analytics are not deleted when you cancel — you just drop down to the free Starter plan.
How to cancel
- Sign in to the portal and click Billing in the nav.
- Click Manage billing to open Stripe's Customer Portal.
- Click Cancel plan.
- Confirm. You'll get an email receipt.
The cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current billing period — you keep your paid features until then. There's no penalty for cancelling early in a month.
What happens to your shops
Your account moves to Starter at the end of the current billing period. If your current plan allows more shops than Starter, the extras are locked — not deleted. Your data and your customers' cards are completely preserved.
A locked shop:
- Stays in your account
- Hides from the discover screen
- Stops showing in the active shop switcher (you can still find it under "Locked shops")
- Continues to honour existing customers' cards
To unlock, simply re-subscribe to a plan that includes the shop count you need. Everything reactivates instantly.
Refunds
We don't pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of the cancelled month — that's why we recommend cancelling near the end of your billing period if you want to maximise value.
We will refund:
- A double-charge or accidental upgrade within 24 hours, on request
- A failed renewal that was charged anyway
- Any charge for a feature that was unavailable due to a service outage on our side
For any refund request, email us through the Support link in the portal with your billing email and the date of the charge. We typically respond within one business day.
After cancellation
You'll keep getting product update emails (we send roughly one a quarter) unless you unsubscribe. To delete the account entirely along with all your data, see Delete your account — that's a separate, irreversible action.
