Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account at any time. This is irreversible — once the deletion completes, your shops, customers' cards (in your shop), analytics history, and personal profile are removed from our database and cannot be restored.

If you're hesitant, consider cancelling your subscription instead — that drops you to the free Starter plan but keeps your data safe so you can come back later.

Before you delete

A couple of things worth doing first:

  1. Download your data — see Download my data. You'll get a ZIP with every record we hold for your account, including customers and visit history. Useful for tax/accounting records or if you ever want to migrate to a different platform.
  2. Tell your customers — your active stamp cards will be removed from their wallets when you delete. A short heads-up email or in-app banner is the polite move.

How to delete

  1. Sign in to the mobile app or the portal.
  2. Open your profile (in the mobile app, it's the bottom-right tab; in the portal, your name in the nav).
  3. Scroll to Delete account and tap.
  4. Confirm by typing DELETE in the confirmation field. (This is to prevent an accidental tap on a shared device.)
  5. We send a confirmation email to your address. Click the link inside within 24 hours to finalise.

The two-step email confirmation is a defensive measure: if someone walks up to your unlocked phone and taps Delete, they still can't actually delete the account without access to your inbox.

What gets deleted

What we keep (and why)

If you have specific deletion concerns under GDPR, CCPA, or another privacy regime, email us through Support before deleting and we'll walk you through exactly what we will and won't retain for your jurisdiction.

Email me — I want my account fully removed manually

We honour every Right-to-be-Forgotten request. Use the Support link in the portal (or app) with the subject "Right to be forgotten" — we'll respond within 30 days as required, and usually much faster.
