Change your password
There are two paths depending on whether you remember your current password.
I am signed in and I know my current password
- Open the portal at /portal (or the mobile app's Profile tab).
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Hit Change password.
- Enter your current password once, then your new password twice.
- Hit Save. You stay signed in on this device; every other signed-in session is signed out within a minute.
The new password takes effect immediately. There is no email confirmation step — we trust the fact that you successfully entered the current password.
I have forgotten my current password
- Open the portal sign-in page.
- Hit Forgot password.
- Enter the email on your account. We send a single-use link that is valid for 60 minutes.
- Open the link, set a new password, and you are back in.
If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam, and read Email is not arriving.
What makes a good password
- At least 12 characters.
- A mix of upper, lower, numbers and a symbol is welcome but not required.
- Anything you can remember without writing down beats anything you can not.
We never email you your password. Anyone who claims to be us asking for your password is not us.
