Create your first shop
A "shop" in Your Loyalty Wallet is one physical location with one stamp card. If you have multiple locations on a paid plan you can add each as a separate shop and switch between them from the nav bar.
Steps
- Sign in to the portal and click + Add shop (or you'll be prompted automatically the first time you sign in as an owner).
- Enter your shop name as customers will recognise it. This appears on every stamp card and the discover screen.
- Pick the closest business type (cafe, bakery, salon, gym, etc.). This is just for the discover-screen icon — it doesn't change how the platform works.
- Set stamps required to the number of visits before a reward unlocks. Most cafes use 8 or 10. You can change this later from Settings.
- Set the reward — for example "Free coffee" or "10% off". Keep it short and specific so customers know exactly what they're working toward.
- Save.
You'll land on the dashboard. From here you can design your card or print your join-QR.
A few practical tips
- Pick a number of stamps that maps to about 4–6 weeks of visits. Too low and the reward feels cheap; too high and customers give up. For a daily cafe customer, 10 is a sweet spot.
- Make the reward feel like a treat, not a discount. "Free pastry of your choice" beats "10% off" almost every time — and it costs you about the same.
- Use your real opening hours under Settings. They power the discover-screen "open now" badge and the smart push notifications we send your customers.
Adding more shops
If you've upgraded to Growth or higher, click your shop name in the nav bar to open the shop switcher, then + Add shop at the bottom. Each shop has its own card design, reward, customers, and analytics — they're fully separate.
