Invite teammates
On the Growth plan and above you can invite up to five teammates per shop. Each teammate gets their own login and can issue stamps from their own phone — no shared password, no awkward handovers between shifts.
How to invite someone
- Open the portal and pick the shop from the top-left dropdown.
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Type their email and pick a role:
- Counter — can issue stamps and redeem rewards. Cannot edit shop settings, billing, or design.
- Manager — can do everything Counter can, plus edit menu, hours, and the stamp-card design.
- Owner — full access including billing and deleting the shop. Only invite people you trust at this level.
- Hit Send invite. They get an email with a one-tap link. The link is valid for 7 days.
What happens if I invite someone who already has an account?
They get the invite in-app the next time they open the portal. No second account is created — the same email maps to the same person across every shop they belong to.
Removing a teammate
In Settings → Team, hit the × next to their name. They lose access immediately on their next request — there is no grace period.
On the Starter plan
Starter is single-operator only. Upgrade to Growth from Settings → Plan to unlock the Team section. Existing data is preserved.
