Take your first stamp
The fastest way to learn the platform is to issue a stamp to yourself or a friend. Here is the full path from "customer at the counter" to "stamp on the card".
What the customer does
- They open your shop's QR code (printed on a card, table tent, or shown on your phone).
- Their phone camera or any QR-reader opens the link
https://www.yourloyaltywallet.com/shop/<your-id>. - The first time, they enter a name and email (no password). On every visit after that, the same browser remembers them — no re-typing.
You can do this end-to-end yourself in under a minute on a second phone.
What you do
Open the Counter screen in the owner portal (or the Counter tab in the mobile app). Point your phone camera at the QR code on the customer's screen. The portal beeps, and the stamp lands on their card immediately.
If you do not have a second device handy, use Issue stamp by code in the same screen — the customer reads you the 6-digit code shown on their card and you tap it in. Same result.
What the customer sees
The card animates from "n/10" to "n+1/10". When the card is full, the redeem button glows. There is no email, no notification, no app to download — the QR is the entire mechanism.
