Welcome to Your Loyalty Wallet
Your Loyalty Wallet is a digital stamp-card platform for cafes, bakeries, salons, gyms and any other business that wants repeat customers. Customers join your shop in seconds (no app download required for the web flow), collect stamps each visit, and redeem rewards once their card is full.
You'll do everything from two places:
- The owner portal — at the same URL as your shop site, under
/portal. This is where you design your card, set up rewards, run campaigns, and check who's coming back. - The mobile app — your customers' side. Available in the App Store and as a web app at the root URL. You can also use it yourself in counter mode to scan stamps at the till.

Every plan — including the free Starter — includes:

- A printable join-QR code for your counter
- An owner dashboard with daily and weekly visit counts
- One-click email support

Your first hour
If you're brand new, work through these in order:
- Create your first shop
- Design your stamp card
- Print and share your join-QR
- Issue your first stamp at the counter
After that you'll have a fully working loyalty programme. Everything else (campaigns, analytics, staff PIN) is optional polish.
